Return Conditions

We accept returns within 15 days of the receipt for most conditions.

Return and Refund Procedure

1. Please contact our Customer Service Team to apply for a return, indicating the items you would like to return and the reason. If there is any quality issue, please provide related photos of said items accordingly.
2. You will receive a confirmation email including return instructions and return address from our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
3. After receiving the return instructions, please package up the items to be returned with the original packing and provide the related waybill number to our Customer Service Team once you shipped out the parcel.
4. Within 5-10 days after our warehouse has received and checked your return items, the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment method according to your communication with our service team.

5. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

   If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return & Refund Policy

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for return.
• For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, socks, underwear, and other personal clothing.
• Please make sure to contact our customer service team first before you return the items. Any returned items without previous contact will not be accepted.

• The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
